A quick note from the HOA Board:

Hello from all of us!

We’re happy to be here and to be able serve the residents of our community. We are the very first homeowners on the HOA board for Parkview. As we gathered questions and concern from residents we realized that there were many common themes that recurred that we may be able to answer quickly with this FAQ to speed up inquiries. Our goal is always to address concerns promptly and facilitate resident inquiries to keep your projects moving full steam ahead!

One of our most immediate needs of the HOA is to get contact information for each household so that we can send information out to our residents. We would love to hear from everyone so that we can gather a best contact email, phone number, name, and address. If you feel comfortable, we would also love to know the names of all residents in your household so that we can get to know each of you personally if we have not already met! Information can be emailed to us at hoa@hoapv.com.

As a reminder, changes to the exterior of homes often require an Architectural Review form and process through the HOA before work can begin to ensure the HOA covenant guidelines are followed. You can find more information about this on our website and we will be more than happy to assist you in the process!
